  • No referral is required to see one of our physiotherapists.

    With your consent, we’re happy to keep your General Practitioner or other Allied Health Professionals updated on your treatment progress.

  • We recommend comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for movement.

  • To help your physiotherapist better understand and assess your condition, please bring any relevant information, including:

    • Paperwork from your doctor or specialist related to your injury or condition

    • Any scans and reports (e.g. X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans)

    • Insurance details, including claim numbers (for Workers’ Compensation or CTP claims)

    • Any other documents or information you believe may assist with your assessment and treatment

    Bringing this information will help us provide the most accurate and effective care.

  • Physiotherapy is not generally covered by Medicare.

    However, if your GP has provided you with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

    Please note that full consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment. Our friendly admin team can process your Medicare rebate claim for you on the spot.

  • Most private health insurers offer physiotherapy rebates, depending on your level of cover.

    We have TYRO Health Point facilities available, allowing you to claim your rebate on the spot—so you’ll only need to pay the gap fee. Please remember to bring your private health card to your appointment.
